About this quote

In a world that often demands we stay strictly grounded in reality, Marissa Meyer’s inspiring words remind us of the magic that happens when imagination meets action. To "keep your head in the clouds" is to never let go of your biggest dreams, wildest creative visions, and the boundless hope that things can be better. It is an invitation to look beyond the mundane and dare to believe in the impossible, nurturing the quiet artist or visionary that lives inside your soul. Yet, dreams alone do not build the lives we yearn for—they require the courage of execution. Telling us to keep our "hands on the keyboard" is a gentle nudge to roll up our sleeves and put in the daily, often unglamorous work required to bring those visions to life. It bridges the gap between starry-eyed wonder and tangible reality, teaching us that inspiration and dedication must walk hand in hand. Whenever doubt creeps in, let this quote be your anchor and your wings, reminding you that your aspirations are worth fighting for, one keystroke at a time.
